Minimum withdrawal amount is 25 EUR. Limits per withdrawal and cumulative limits per day or week depend on the withdrawal method and the customer’s verification level. Betclic does not charge a withdrawal fee under normal circumstances. Some third‑party providers may impose network or service fees; such charges are outside Betclic control. Betclic reserves the right to apply fees for expedited processing where applicable.
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with applicable laws and Betclic’s internal anti‑fraud and compliance checks. All data is transmitted and stored in accordance with Betclic data protection policies. Betclic may request additional documentation if required to complete a withdrawal.
If you believe a withdrawal has been withheld or processed incorrectly, submit a dispute to Betclic Support with your withdrawal reference. Betclic will acknowledge receipt and investigate, providing a resolution or further instructions within a reasonable timeframe not to exceed 7 business days.
Withdrawal status is visible in the account area. Statuses include Pending, Processing, Completed and Reversed. Betclic may notify you by in‑account message or email when the status changes.
